Xian assisted me with a sound problem today. This same problem occurred 1/30/25 and was corrected. However I hope this doesn’t happen again. Though you are able to correct it easily it’s still concerning. Xian was very helpful.

TCL 75 - good buy
Great product. Have some flickering issue but got resolved by calling support and Lems help me resolved the issue and he's service is exceptional. Happy so far with the purchased and the customer service.

Had an issue with my antenna scanning. Talked to Rhonda with customer service and she was able to get them back on line. She was a great help.

Andy helped me today and he was able to get the sound corrected on the dvd …it’s working again I will have to call the cable provider for the HDMI Andy was very helpful and patient with me and I was most pleased!

TV is excellent with Great Features.
I bought the TV from Costco on 1/31/2025 and delivered on 2/4/2025. It is an excellent TV and reception is raeal noce and love the TV and price as well from Costco. One technical help support by Ms. Angela is also very helpful and she patiently resolved the problem for set up. Before that Mr. John also helped me was great too.
