absolutely terrible experience. Color printing never worked from day 1. Ink cartridges leaked everywhere in the cartridge slot. I cleaned it out and bought more ink and same thing happened. Great and Stable Printer
Works great the reason for 4 is after last 2 update, I had to reset the printer back on to my network. I hope any future updates don't have that problem.

Great printer!
Love this printer! Works so well and I joined the instant ink program so refills are pretty reasonable. Printer always does a great job!

Brother Printer
Works well so far. We have had it for a few weeks. Easy to setup and have been using from multiple connected devices. We have very simple printing needs and it's working great for what we need it for.

Great purchase
This was a great purchase. I had a small Canon printer before and was debating to switch brands. I’m glad I did. This is functional, easy to set up and use. Recommended.

Forces you to buy colored ink.
Beware: The printer won't let you print anything in black and white if you run out of any of the other colors. That mean if you're out of yellow ink, you can print ANYTHING until you buy more yellow ink. It's a complete scam and I'm furious at the blatant attempt to force people to buy more of their expensive ink. Pick a different brand.

PIECE OF JUNK
You will not be able to connect to a tablet, ever. It is a horrible piece of junk. The help file is nowhere to be found on the website. I just loathe and hate this printer, I have never seen such junk in my life put out there for wifi printing and no it is not bluetooth.

Easy to set up and use
My Brother Work Smart printer was easy to set up and has been a breeze to use. I appreciate the quality of the printing, whether it is for documents or photos. I also love the wireless connection. Overall, we are very pleased with this printer.

Not impressed
This printer was fine for about a year, aside from a couple of quirks. First, it beeps every 30 seconds or so when the firmware needs updating. I didn’t realize this, and spent the better part of a day trying to figure out where the incessant beeping was coming from in my house. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea, but FYI a printer being slightly out of date ...

IT Doesn’t Get Better Than BROTHER
I bought a different brand first which was a big mistake. After about a month of difficulties w th printer and service , I went back to Brither and swear I’m a life long user from now on. The combination of having an easy to use dependable printer and great service , why would anyone ever want any other brand?

Excellent printer
Easy set-up, really like being able to print on both sides (previous printer didn't do that). It's the best printer I've ever had; a great value at a great price. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed
The machine barely functions. I have to call for help each time I try to use it. I asked for a refund or replacement machine but was told that’s not an option. I will never purchase another product from Brother.
