I have been unable to set the OPENING screen to MY location, and/or eliminate the "information" boxes such as the quiz.
By NO MEANS eliminate the "one drive" link, even IF you do NOT use the cloud, as doing THAT turns the computer into an expensive brick; (I found that out with a tower model earlier, with the same OS.)

Good choice - browsing, email, lite productivity
An affordable late model processor with at least 16 gb ram and 1 gb drive. Didn't want to risk driver/compatibility issues with the Qualcomm chips. Only annoyance was the MS365 push to subscribe.The free LibreOffice works just fine.

Meets all my needs, and more!
This is one HOT laptop! I remember when I replaced my old, old Laptop with a HP dv7, having the first intel i7 Processor. It was very fast and ran all the APP's I needed. This was 13 years ago, and the new OmniBook gave me the same feeling, as I experienced its' speed with the Ultra 7!

HP i7 Laptop Good features
Loses one mark as marked easily. Not sure how to clean. Easy setup which mirrored my HP PC settings including passwords and favourites. Bought through work so had a discount. Good spec and slimline.
