Scanning Setup Nightmare
Overall, I'm happy with the printing. For home users, or perhaps small businesses without IT support, setting up scan to email really isn't practical. It has to be configured to an email server you control, among other things. My 10-year-old Epson Ink Jet just let you enter an email address.

Exceptional Print Quality

Love the double-sided feature
Prints very nicely. Still learning all the features. Love the double-sided option. Also like the single feed slot. Seems to have options for generic toner.

Terrible Printer
This is one of the worst printers I have ever purchased. The scan functionality is terrible and it does not work well in wifi. Could only get it to work if I had it plugged into my computer. Wasted a lot of time troubleshooting and money on this printer.
