Excellent Value; Performs Basic Functions Well; Challenging User Interface
The Canon ImageClass MF465dw is an excellent multifunction printer especially when you consider the actual cost after the coupon and the Staples Easy Rewards. A great boat anchor. Don't waste your money.
This printer is completely over-engineered. It is so bad I can't believe it. You cannot print the same size paper from both the top and bottom drawer. It is impossible to print labels without going through some sort of byzantine re-programming process which technical support couldn't achieve. The return period is only 14 days. I called on the 15th day and was refused. S...
