Replacing Old HP
My HP LaserJet 1200 series has lasted 24 years. It’s still prints great, but the paper tray has had too many parts broken off of it to be practical anymore. I bought this Canon as a replacement.

Complex installation
I am reasonably tech savvy. I work with Microsoft products daily. I've installed printers, set up routers, wireless networks, and PCs. I've had this for 6 weeks and finally got it to print a test page today. The installation instructions are complex and confusing. I haven't been able to copy or test the fax yet.
