Dead and Useless
Only 2 weeks old and it stopped working. Reports a paper jam that is NOT there. So no functions available at all, not even the scanner. Called Staples - they say call Brother. Call brother, and their answering machine tells me "your wait will be 4 hours and 35 minutes" ... You have been warned!

Perfect printer for a small business.
This all in one printer has been a fantastic addition to our design office. The printing quality is excellent and extremely crisp. When it initially connects to the computer after being on standby, it can take a few seconds before it starts to print but once it is active it prints quickly. feels reliable, efficient, and well worth the inve
I have been using this printer for a few days now. It’s a workhorse in my home. Office waits about 40 pounds but I guess that’s normal for this type of printer. Set up was pretty straightforward handles paper beautifully. The ink cartridges are easy to install. It’s a solid solution for someone who uses toner and Printing often.

Extremely Easy to set up! Very impressive.

Flawed Connectivity
It's been about 4 months with this All-in-one and there are huge issues with connectivity. The most critical feature I used it for was scanning from the printer using the control panel button, which no longer works. After exhaustive conversations with Customer Support, they are at a loss. And for $700, I expect this to be running smoothly.

Very versatile

Setup is straightforward, and the large touchscreen makes navigation and daily tasks incredibly easy. Printing speeds are fast, even for color jobs, and the automatic duplex printing, scanning, copying, Scanning is quick and accurate, especially with the automatic document feeder for multi-page jobs. Really a great printer
This thing is huge. But the quality makes up for it. It was so easy to set up. It isn’t loud and feels very well made. I haven’t had to buy ink yet so I can’t say how expensive that will be. This printer is so worth it.

My fav feature is the memory and easy and fast too
Great quality printer for business needs. Came in very protected. There’s film everywhere to protect from scratches and surfaces. It’s easy to use very self explained on the images. Toner is purchased at most retail stores. Not noisy and connects to WiFi easily and stays connected. My favorite feature it’s got good memory.

brother brand trustworthy for printers
