Ethernet Port Defective
The Ethernet port would not pick up an IPv4 address from my DHCP server and printer self assigned an address in the 169.254 range. I tried a static address and this also failed. The link light was on but i could not ping or browse to the printer. I tried known-good cables and switch ports to no avail. Spent 1.5 hours with Brother support chat; still no luck. Stap...

So far excellent
I've had this printer for only a week but it has far exceeded my expectations. It printed a ~400 page document that literally killed my last printer (huge image files) quite quickly and with great image quality. I'm very happy with my purchase. FYI it comes with the first batch of ink (no need to buy extra ink to make it work).

Great printer purchase and delivery
My last color laser by Brother was 17 years old. This new printer is a near duplicate of that small office work horse. I get clean color-correct and timely copies now. Staples did a great job of making my purchase experience as easy as it gets.

Great value
Great color LaserJet printer for the price. We tried some others that just didn’t work out for us but this printer has been great for our needs. I've had a couple of these printers for years. The printers themselves are reliable and work very well. The issues I've had to deal with include issues with replacement toner. BROTHER HL-L8260CDW Color Laser Printer
Delivery exactly as specified and in excellent condition. Unpackaging instructions were clearly stated. Printer connected effortlessly to WIFI and printed perfectly from the 1st sheet printed. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone satisfied with high quality laser printer capabilities.

Brother Printer HL-L8260CDW
My original printer was great but several years old so I replaced my old printer with the exact same printer because it does a great job. I highly recommend.

You failed to tell me that Brother does NOT have drivers for Apple computers. I spent 45 minutes on the internet trying to get the printer working and then was told by Brother that they do not have drivers for the printers out there in stock I wasted a lot of time . easy to connect and operat
I followed the instruction and in 15 minutes I was able to print in color via Wifi network. The printing quality is much better than the color printing using Inkjet. I am really happy with this printer.
