I have had this printer for a while now. It is literally the biggest pile of junk. Every day it feels like it needs two updates just to print anything. It then uploads all the new firmware, then once that process is done, it checks for additional updates, and usually finds something else to install. I cant say how many times i have wanted to print something quickly,...

Great Machine
Great printer, scanner, copier and fax. I use all four in my small consulting business. Ink savings versus cartridges should be huge.
