Nice Unit
Nice compact printer for a large-format machine. Been looking for a tank-type printer for years, pays for itself the first time you'd have to change ink cartridges.

NOT MADE FOR TRANSPARENCY PRINTING!!!
If you are looking at this printer in order to print transparencies for screen printing, I would NOT recommend.... go with any other brand. So ridiculous that a product in 2025 would be less functional than products created 20 years ago.
SO... unless you are willing to go through the insane process of trying to "rig" up some way of tricking the printer into thinking it...

Dissapointed with refurbishing
Purchased a refurbished 15000 to use as a sublimation printer. Had trouble with colors. After a few hours of struggling, found out the red and cyan tubes were mismatched at the printer head. After correcting the problem and purging the printer head the printer works fine. Attention to detail, apparently is not required to refurbish.
