Nice Unit
Nice compact printer for a large-format machine. Been looking for a tank-type printer for years, pays for itself the first time you'd have to change ink cartridges.

Dissapointed with refurbishing
Purchased a refurbished 15000 to use as a sublimation printer. Had trouble with colors. After a few hours of struggling, found out the red and cyan tubes were mismatched at the printer head. After correcting the problem and purging the printer head the printer works fine. Attention to detail, apparently is not required to refurbish.

Great printer, poor first impression
Pros: Overall, I like the printer, the large print size, and I love the ecotank system. I switched from a color laser for this. Cons: I bought a certified refurbished unit from Epson to save a few hundred dollars, and whoever did the refurbishing left a screw out of one side of the roller assembly in the paper path; it lifted and the printer was basically non functional...
