Very easy setup
Supper easy setup, just have to read the instructions and use the hpsmart app. If you rush it and start plugging stuff in like the ink and what not before its properly configured I would suspect you could have issues. Hap the printer running on 3 devices within 20 minutes.

Great little printer
I love the compact size of this printer. Color copy, scan and Bluetooth are all reason I bought this printer.

Easier said than done
still have trouble getting the printer to connect. Takes a long time. After two weeks it seems to be losing its connection and I’ll have to call again for help - third time.

Regret Buying This Printer
I dislike this printer so much. Every time I want to print, I get an error message that my printer is not synced to my computer and "not ready to print". Staples had great service easy to order and pick up. I usually don't order on line but more in store person to actual see the item. This one is more flimsier than it looks. Cartridge area difficult to insert ink. But for sale price and what I need it for it will do. Not worth it if paying full price.
