A real sleeper, price and quality wise!

Not like the old HP
Ran out of paper once and almost never got the machine back online to connect. There is a reason this printer is being discontinued. It was difficult and tedious to set up and it did not take 14 days to realize this was a "dud". Took it back for prompt refund.

Doesn’t work on wifi
It will take you hours to print something from mobile WiFi so if you’re in a rush this is not dependable or even guaranteed it will print at all. In less than a month it “allowed” me to print maybe 2-3 pages. I was excited for this since the price was great but returning before I can’t.

Great home printer for a great price
Easy ordering, delivery and set up. I do have to print through the HP app though. It won’t print on my phone any other way. You can only copy and scan one page at a time, so if you do a lot of that, I’d recommend a printer with a feeder

HP DeskJet 28273 printer is just perfect for my needs. Easy to set up and prints as it should. I used the scanner and the printer with no issues. Great little printer for a decent price. Please note that I only use printer occasionally - not an everyday use, but it's been great.

Excellent printer
Purchased this printer specifically as it is made for low use. We don't use a printer very often, but sometimes they are necessary! The HP brand is trustworthy, and that is the brand we have had in the past.

Avoid - works around 25% of time
This has been a dud for me. The print jobs work around 25% of the time. For a single page print job, only 1/4 to 1/2 of page will print. I think it works best if you set print job to "draft" mode. Scanner is good. It is bearable for small print jobs (1-2 pages).

I returned the printer.
Good price, wrong input tray (go back to the drawer) which I didn't see 'til I opened the box. These printers are all the same yet they all use different ink cartridges which cost more than the printer. Why is that?
