Easy to use
Convenient hook for hose. Good steam output. Would be nice to include a steamer glove instead of plastic guide.

Powerful Steamer
I have enjoyed this steamer for two years and it continues to work well. We steam a lot of clothes for our resale business so it gets heavy use. I like the option of two settings - I usually put it on high. I use tap water but haven’t had any problems with buildup. The only issue is that one of the wheels broke off. Easier than ironing
The steamer has enough power to straighten badly wrinkled cargo pants and their pleated pockets. It makes short work of summertime casual wear. New purchase, only used once, hope it is reliable.

Heats up quickly. Hi and low settings Easier than ironing. Large water tank can do a whole load of shirts and strong enough to straighten out jeans left in the dryer for a couple of days

Wins over Using an Iron!
Perfect for someone who does not like ironing with an ironing board and iron. Easy to put together, instructions were clear, and took very little time maybe 20 to 30 minutes. Works just as described.
