Great for peace and quiet.
I love my Bose Comfort Earbuds. They truly are sound proof!! My husband will talk to me while I have them on , no music, I need to look at his lips to know he's speaking to me! Great sound when playing music. Charge fast and last a long time!

Intermittent Bluetooth Disconnects
Every time I use these ear buds, they lose blue tooth connectivity. Comparatively, my other Bose ear buds (which I purchased a few years ago) run uninterrupted from Bluetooth connectivity. I’d be interested in exchanging the ear buds I purchased for blue Gen 2’s Quiet Comfort earbuds. I’d like Bose Support to contact me to resolve this issue immediately.

Great sound!
They sound great. I really want to love them. But I am struggling with the fit. They don't seem to want to stay in my ears. Particularly the left side. They were bigger than I expected them to be but that wouldnt bother me if I could find the right fit.

They’re ok.
I didn’t charge them out of the box, and when I put them in my ear it said “battery 100%”. I used them for a couple of times and received the same prompt every time. Then one day, they were just completely dead, no change or countdown to battery life, that’s why I gave 3 stars, which is really for the sound quality. Now I can’t rely on the battery status if I take them...

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It’s normal for your earbuds to announce the battery percentage when removed from the charging case, as they automatically charge while inside the case. However, the charging case itself can eventually drain, which may explain why the earbuds didn’t charge the last time you used them. We recommend charging the case fully and checking the battery light status through the Bose app for more accurate information. Beautiful sound
I bought these earphones a few weeks ago and I was very much surprised by the quality of the sound. It has a very good bass sound and voices on music are very clear. I had the apple earphones but the quality of the sound on the Bose is by far better.

Love them
I love these earbuds! The sound quality is amazing and they are super comfortable and stay in my ears really well. Taking one star off because when noise cancelling is on I hear a faint clicking in one of the earbuds. Not super noticeable when music is playing, but it’s a little annoying.

Feels cheaper than older models
Bought these for my partner to replace an older version of a similar model as we couldn't get proper silicone replacements for them. He feels the case feels cheaper, I think it just feels lighter and a nicer texture. He liked the button to open the old case, this one doesn't lock and just opens. Best Earbuds Ever
These earbuds sound great. I have two pair of the older Quiet Comfort II earbuds and they sound great too. No others come close. And a big thank you for redesigning the case. Excellent buy
These earbuds perform exactly as I would expect from Bose - Excellent, which was the reason I bought them. Excellent fit with good battery life and when on noise cancel, well I do not get disturbed by outside noise.

Love the product!
Bought a month ago, these are very well designed earphones. They do not hurt my ears and have a good sound quality. The quiet function is not fully quiet but I don’t mind that much.

Great sound and quality product
Awesome sound I have owned many bose products and when I am looking for quality sound I have purchased bose.When I decide to look for quality sound earbuds I just purchased the Quiet comfort earbuds and again I am very pleased with the quality and awesome sound .

Nothing but problems with Bose
They unpair a lot. I might return them. I honestly have had nothing but issues with Bose as this is my third pair. Gonna have to go back to Apple.
