I bought them at the Staples Toronto location on University St in July 2025. It worked great while it lasted — performance and quality were excellent. Unfortunately, it stopped working just two months later, in September.

Amazing sound /noise canceling, not perfect fit
I bought it about 3 weeks ago, and I love the pure sound and the noise canceling, however the ergonomic shape i found a bit bigger for my ear, doesn't fit perfect and I'm scare to lose at some point.

The Absolute Best Earbuds money can buy!!
The Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds are absolutely the Best Earbuds I have ever owned!!! I never used Earbuds too often because all the earbuds I've tried were uncomfortable to wear, But the Bose are so comfortable and the Sound Quality is so incredible, I rarely remove my Bose Earbuds!! I Love listening to music again and find it difficult to stop! I can wear my Bose for 8+...

Poor battery life.
They are comfortable. Sound quality is good. Battery life is horrible. I can't make it through an eight hour shift even if I'm not actually using them, there just in my ear.

Great ear buds!

Always buy bose
I write this review after I have used for awhile it didn't stay in my ear just while walking then I changed to small ear plug so far so good and it holds it charge

Nice product
Good crisp sound
Lacks a bit of bass sound even with the bass booster. Maybe would sound better if it had a full equalizer control.

Loosing connection
The earbuds loose connection from time to time it's a pause in music kind of annoying. Also the left esr keeps falling out. But beside that I like them

Nice upgrade!
I bought this a few weeks ago and I love the upgrades they did compared to my old BOSE earbuds. Faster connection and better sound.

Great sound, careful with iPhones
I bought this a couple of weeks ago, sound quality is awesome, it is not 100% comfortable, take some time to find the right fittings. I have an iPhone and sometimes is hard to have it paired with the phone, more like an iphone problem then the earbuds

Awesome Sound
I already had earbuds but after buying my Bose max speaker - I wanted a pair of Bose earbuds! They are phenomenal!! I’m so glad I got them as the sound quality is amazing and so pleasant to listen to!! I can’t say enough great things about them - well worth the money!!
