I will never purchase another brand
I bought my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, a couple of weeks ago, and I love them… when I want complete silence, I have it, and when I want to listen to Court TV while I am at work, I can hear it clearly. Best Earbuds
These are the best earbuds I’ve ever owned. They block out out all the outside noise. And the battery life is excellent. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Great ear buds,worth every cent.
I bought these because I’ve been having insomnia issues and needed a way to listen to music without waking the rest of the house. They are amazing! Rich sound, and the noise canceling works great, I had someone walk up to me and I didn’t even hear them approaching. Buy these!

Questionable Bluetooth
Bought it like 3 weeks ago, the sound is amazing but the connection to my phone is horrible, I have to open and close the case, and try to connect them in settings, the microphone is ok, nothing too good, I was used to have my AirPods so the Bluetooth was perfect, they fit perfectly on my ear but they feel so plastic

Still getting acquainted
The ear tips seem to fall off a bit to easily. I recently took them outdoors and had a lot of wind noise while walking. I did not have that issue with my previous Bose earbuds.

Good value
Good sounding buds, I like the fit. Noise canceling is just okay. Sometimes they are a little glitchy when listening to my music.
You can’t talk softly on them, I have to use my regular sounding voice which can be a distracting when around a crowd.

Sound is great! Need XL ear tip attachments 😢☹️
I bought it a few weeks ago. I like the sound,but I am disappointed that I need XL ear tip attachments. They are not available for the color I bought.

Buy these for the price, not comfort or sound qual
This is my 4th Bose headphone/earbud purchase, and the most disappointing. I'm exchanging
I can hear a clicking noise like a fan in my left ear when the noise cancellation is on. I think I have a defective pair.

Not as expected!
Not very happy with this Bose product, I expected it to be better just for being a Bose product! It falls off too easily, charge doesn’t last as detailed on the website, these are the two major issues that I will be returning it for a refund! Also, too bulky!

Great sound, great features.
Finally. Earbuds that sound great, and with the retention rings, stay in my ears as well. I had to give up on the Apple earbuds because they kept falling out of my ears. I finally gave up on them because one got lost during one of my daily walks.
