UPS and Lenovo are both problematic
Delivery of my device required a signature. I tried to be home for UPS 3 days in a row but they missed me all three days. I asked UPS to leave it at a nearby UPS access point where I could sign for it. UPS refused and stated that Lenovo required them to return it to Lenovo. Great Chromebook easy to use
I brought this Chromebook for my 5 year old grandson. At their school they use them. Once established with the school they do extra credit and the teacher give them gifts.
