Will never use it again
I have used TurboTax for several years. There have always been issues. This year it was nearly impossible. I had to use the AI chatbot Copilot to get through it - it took a week. I ended up with 135 pages of notes from Copilot chats.

Turbo Tax Frustations
For second year in a row had problems with downloaded version transferring last years info. The result was a lot of extra work and a couple of simple entry mistakes which led to the return twice being rejected. Never had these problems with the disc. After many years using Turbo Tax will probably look at another product.

The price was right!
I was a subscriber to TurboTax for years but quit when I retired, figuring my taxes would be simpler but that isn't necessarily the case so I usually purchase software yearly. The price at Staples was especially good and since I was in the store for another matter, I picked up a copy.

Great as always
Turbo tax is making it easier but it’s to the point that you don’t know actually what you are doing. The tax knowledge and understanding is just about gone. I hope that somewhere someone or someplace will still educate or teach taxation courses
