Zero. I have used this product for many years. It is now just garbage, constant screen freezes you cannot unlock, impossible to complete income taxes. Will buy another product, never ever will I use turbotax again.

Glitch with state
I had no isdue with the purchase or download. Completed my federal return with no problem. The state sofyware would not open. It shows it it is installed but does not open. I was on the phone with Turbo Tax for over an hour and a jalf and they could not fix it! So now I supposed to wait and see if they can figire it out!!

Turbo Tax is a great product

As I was loading my software on my computer, I encountered several issues. he first on was the product was reported stolen. I was unable to download the software, and after contacting Intuit, I have not been able to get my money back, and I had to purchase the software all over/again. I have yet to get my money back, and I have made request for a refund with no success.

I used the desktop version not the Online version
We have been using this product for 5 or 10 years with only the best results. The last 3 years we have downloaded our investment data direct from the broker using TurboTax, which makes it a LOT easier. We had some trouble this year downloading the app but Turbo Tax FAQ's got us going. Just sit back with all that you have and answer the questions and you'll be done soon....

Makes doing taxes easy
This software offers 2 ways to enter data: by form or by answering the interview questions and it's nice to answer the questions and then look on the forms to see where the entries went and how things were calculated. There is also a lot of user community answers for more obscure situations.

Turbotax download continues to work very well
I am not comfortable putting my tax information online, so I use the download-to-laptop version of Turbotax. I have used this for at least 10 years now, it has always worked reliably and efficiently.

For the second year in a row, I purchase the wrong version of TurboTax for my multiple partner LLC - and unfortunately did not realize it until after I had pulled the tab so it is not returnable. I need to remember to not purchase this software from Staples; plus this version is available for about 60% of the price from other outlets.

Bad Product
I purchased the software; rushed home to get some work done only to find out the 16 digit Activation Code wasn't in the box. I'm too busy for back and forth and I can no longer trust the company after calling tech support several times.
