Great tasting water !
We just received our 7 cup zero water pitcher yesterday . When you say clean and crisp tasting water that is a fact . We love water but the taste after being filtered with this pitcher makes you want to drink more and more . We have well water and the difference after using this pitcher is amazing . Ordering a bigger one for our fridge and a pitcher for my daughter . I...

Unreliable construction of pitcher model
If I only got enough money to buy the bigger unit I would have done so. This 7-cup pitcher is the worst! Months experiencing hassle everytime I drink! I love the filter features but every time I pour some water to drink, unfiltered water drips from the top lid. Such a nuisance really. I kept up with it because I am trying to completely reduce flouride consumption. But ...

Seven Cups?
I’m happy with my 7 cup pitcher. The only problem is that after the water is filtered, how much water is displaced by the filter? I doubt there is 7 cups in the pitcher. It doesn’t matter as I just fill it up.

Too big for a small refrigerator.
I was looking forward to using this water pitcher. But even though it's only 7 Cups it's too tall for my refrigerator shelving. It doesn't fit easily in the door either. Not a good option if you have a small refrigerator. I can't adjust the shelves to accommodate it

7 cup pitcher
The water taste fantastic but if you leave in the pitcher in the fridge over night the water goes bad. So it's wasting water. Was planning on buying a larger size but decided not to.

Having problems
Bought the 32 cup. The filter failed immediately and they replaced it. Then the TDS failed and they replaced it. The second TDS meter also failed and waiting for a replacement. I worry about the overall quality.

Redesign the Lid
Great water filter. Poor lid design...sliding top limits view while filling and serves no real purpose. Other than that I'm very satisfied.

Do not buy
I have hard water so I'm aware that filters may need replaced more often but this is crazy. I purchased this pitcher which came with one filter. I purchased two more filters as well. This arrived to me on June 11 2025. It is July 4 2025 and I'm on my third filter already. The filters are lasting a week. I have to replace them because the water takes on a very chemical, ...

Great water filtering pitcher!
I love this water pitcher! It helps give me peace of mind, when giving water to my kiddo. It’s certified to filter lead, total PFAS, pharmaceuticals, and other harmful contaminants.

Good pitcher, works well
I do like this pitcher design, just wish it had a spout to pour direct from the fridge to a glass or bottle. It’s also difficult to get the TDS Indicator out of the pitcher. Also, the indicator read 0 on the pitcher but when poured water from the picture into the glass, it read 1. I’m always double checking.

I love this pitcher. It filters water so fast and it tastes to nice and clean. It is easy to refill and you can see it filling up as it filters because the pitcher is clear. Recommend to everyone, specially anyone who doesn’t have filtered water.

Amazing water, bad new design
Zero will always be the best tasting water I’ve ever had, but the new design is not great. The old one had had something to grab onto to put it in the frig. The new design is difficult to lift up into the frig- it almost slipped out of my hands. Bring back old design! And my old filters won’t fit either!

I think the concept of this pitcher is awesome! The only thing I would change is the size, I wish it were bigger. Overall a great product and makes my water taste crisp and refreshing!

The TDS monitor is a game changer!
Just when you think you're drinking "filtered water" - you try a Culligan zero water filter with included TDS (total dissolved solids) measuring tool included - I happened to take that TDS monitor and test the water that comes out of my FILTERED refrigerator and I was shocked to say the least.
Let me clarify that the included meter sits nice and flush under the handle...

It does it’s job
I have to say I was a little disappointed that it was plastic instead of glass. It does it job right. It filters the water and takes away that tap water flavor. It is easy to wash since it has a big opening. Overall it’s a great pitcher to help me save money and stop purchasing bottled water.
