They don't last as long as advertised
The filters work very well at filtering and the water tastes great. But they don't last nearly as long as they say. 1-3 months is a joke. I'm lucky if they last 2 weeks. And I live in a small 2 bed townhome by myself half the time and with my 2 daughters the other half. We do use it for all our drinking water and some cooking water, but still. They are very expensive t...

filters?
I bought the 32 cup about six months ago and the filters that came with it don't fit. Now I'm confused about what filters to order.

Thankful for ZeroWater
Our family has been using the ZeroWater system for months now. We couldn't be happier with it's results. We periodically test water sources on our land and it's just amazing how many particles are in "safe" water coming from our faucet (400+). Water from our pool (230), purchased water bottles (200+) and our cistern (2), read so differently with the tester. We're gl...

Not the same...
I'm a long time user of Zero Water water filter pitchers. I've had the best experience with them, far better than the others on the market. That said, this Culligan branded version isn't up to par. The look of the new pitchers are great and they store easily in the fridge but the filters are not the same as the "legacy" Zero Water filters. The OG filters leave zero tast...

Doesn’t last long before taste change
I had a previous ZeroWater countertop dispenser that used 2 filters, and recently switched to the newer glass model that uses a single filter. Our tap water quality isn’t horrible here, but my filters go bad faster than I’d like. I get 2-3 weeks tops. Even when keeping water constantly moving through the system and periodically emptying and rinsing, the water starts to ...

Great filtration!
I was a user of the legacy ZeroWater and have changed over to the new filter. Thanks for keeping the focus on the need for water filtration.

Good gets Better
Continues to provide good, clean water, and the new filter seems to last twice as long as the previous filter system.

Filters last one week
I bought the pitcher a little over a week ago and loved it, but the filter needs to be changed already. I figured I could push it longer using the same filter but the water tastes weird now. Disappointed that the filter goes so quickly.

What's better than the old Zero Water? Not much.
What's better? Being able to drop the filter in from the top instead of struggling to screw the old ZeroWater filters into the old style pitcher from below tightly enough not to leak (and then unscrewing them). What Culligan thinks is better but is not, in my opinion? The completely redesigned meter measuring TDS (total dissolved solids) which is now installed into the ...

Great taste but doesn’t last long
We’ve used this brand filter for about six months now. We love it at the beginning of the filters use but typically about five weeks later it has to be replaced. I’m not sure if water in Oklahoma is just that bad or if I’m doing something wrong. I’ve noticed if we fill the reservoir more than half way the filter goes bad faster as well. I’m still saving money on water b...

Good water!
We have trusted ZeroWater filtration of our water for over 7 years. We have several of the smaller pitchers, and added the 40 cup dispenser to our counter 2 years ago. Family and friends alike enjoy the water from our large dispenser.

Worth it!
This was a highly efficient water pitcher. It held quite a bit of water and fit perfectly in my fridge. I especially liked that the filter made sure the water was nice and fresh and did not have any after taste at all. This was definitely worth it!

Filters
Each filter seems to only be able to handle filtering a full x large fridge dispenser about 4-5 times
Is this to be expected?
