Sooo much better than plastic bottled water.
This was one of my best purchases. took a little bit to get the spigot tight enough so it wouldn't leak. I was afraid I would break the container, but found it was okay to do. This is so handy and looks great on the counter.

Plastic taste after only 2 weeks. Avoid
I have had this dispenser and filter that is recommended with this product for about 2 weeks. The water started tasting like plastic. This seem to be a very common issue. Save your money and buy something else.These filters aren’t exactly cheap. I’ve smauelhad cheaper brita filters that out last these piece of junk.

Sooo much better than plastic bottled water.

I just set up my new water filter dispenser and I already love it. I got the 40 cup dispenser because my family and I would always buy 3-4 packs of water bottles, we’ve been wanting to stop buying water bottles for the inconvenience and the use of less plastic in our home. We love it the water filter dispenser and the taste of it!

Good choice
Overall a good choice this product cleanses the water. I tested the water from the sink first, It read 45 and then I ran it through the filter cleaning process and it read 0 zero. The water tasted and it smelled clean. A 100% different. It tasted better after gone through this cleaning process. So I stop buying cases of water bottles. This way is much better to clean...

Finally enough good water!!
I bought the larger size because I was filling the 22 cup one every single day. I now have the 40 cup one on the counter for the tea and coffee makers and the smaller one in the fridge for chilled water. I love it!!!

Great filter
I really liked how the water comes out fresh, and it comes with a little meter to read the freshness of the water. The only minor inconvenience is that the screw becomes loose and it starts to leak Water all the counter. I have to empty out the glass container to go back in there to screw it tighter so it won’t leak

Tasted weird after 2-3 wks
I live in NJ and after 3 weeks (maybe less), the water started tasting lemony. When we tested the water, the number was 400, which means it has high mineral content and the filter needed to be changed. I also own a Life straw water pitcher and I’ve never had issues with the lemon taste. I’m not sure why Culligans filter doesn’t last as long, but for the cost of the glas...

10/10 - The Best!
I purchased the legacy 40-cup dispenser several years ago and accidentally broke it while cleaning it. I was devastated because I'm a water snob. I immediately repurchased the new dispenser and was bummed to learn the legacy filters did not fit the new one, but guess what? Culligan made it right and sent me additional filters at no charge! Not worth the high price tag
It works, however, the filters only last me 7 to 10 days and I am the only one using it. I use it to make coffee as well. In my opinion, it is an overpriced filter system. I wouldn't purchase another. But now that I have it, I want to get my money's worth.

Water Stinks like a dirty aquarium
Do not recommend. Your first filter that comes with the system will last far longer than any of the replacement filters you buy - how interesting. Filters become quite expensive to continue purchasing when they only last 2 weeks and then produce a horrid fish smelling water. This is a common issue with this system if you google it. Fits next to my sink.
The water is transferred, in my mind. The reading from my faucet is 99. The reading from the zero is zero. I love it.

Still Plastic and Leaks and TDS meter sucks
The filter housing and the piece that holds the filter are plastic, so there is less plastic but still plastic in the container with the water. The faucet likes to leak a few drops after turning off. The TDS meter included has no on off switch so keep the old one it is better. Looks OK, the top fits loose.

great for fresh water on your countertop
This product is exactly what i needed. I have culligan reverse osmosis in my house and needed a water solution in my ADU. this gets the job done for my tenant with clean, fresh water and looks nice on the countertop. one downside: there are some plastic components so something to keep in mind if you’re plastic free.

Beautiful upgrade for our water filtration dispens
The design of this water filter/dispenser is so chic and beautiful! Assembly was fairly easy, I recommend testing with some water filled to right above the sprout, so you can see if it’s leaking and needs to be tightened before filling all the way! The only caveat is that it’s heavy when full and needs to be carefully placed on the silver stand.

Beautiful, convenient & healthy!
We had a filtering pitcher, but found we were spending so much time refilling it and waiting for it to filter through. This glass dispenser looks beautiful on our counter, and I can fill it just once a day and never have to wait. Thank you!

Well-Made Product
The dispenser seems well constructed. The spigot is metal as is the stand and cover and the glass container is thick. I'm still in the first month of ownership so still on the first filter. The water tastes much better than city tap water and hopefully all the bad things are being removed. It makes water quickly so I'm never out. So far I'm happy with the purchase.
