Purchased but not compatible with my MacBook Pro.
Never had a problem using TurboTax in the past. Thought the TurboTax Deluxe version I purchased on-line would work on my MacBook Pro which has current software installed. Big mistake and a waste of time and money.

Confused and Frustrated
Terrible download. I am almost finished my returns and now I am unable to continue/ open the program. The program will not complete an update therefore I it will not open. It gets stuck at @ 31% complete. I have rebooted my system multiple times and the update goes no higher than 31% and freezes. The app will give no other options to continue.

Great choice to stay involved with finances
Good choice for moderate tax situations. Heard complaints about downloading the software and activating. Turns out the solution is to copy the activation code, go to Intuit website and start download for your particular product, it will then ask for the activation code. JUNK don't buy
I have been using this program for 15 years...so I buy this years.. this is terrible, I spent 65.00 to get a read only program, because my computer is not compatible! JUNK misleading don't buy!

Items should be returnable
I purchased 3 downloadable turbotax but I found one is actually enough to file for three persons. I want to return two but is not allowed. I did not use the other two codes.
