Waste of time and poor communication
I purchased, downloaded Turbotax and Staples gives me a Product Key, but the program, once downloaded, askes for a license key. So I've spent several hours with Staples only to be told that I have to contact Intuit. I've been on the phone with Intuit for over an hour and waiting on my 3rd transfer... after 2 disconnects... only to get a license code. I'm done. No li...

Terrible program
Worst product ever! Program saved without needing password to re-open. Close to impossible to navigate. Gave up and deleted program. Would not use again.

Failure to load
This product no longer comes with a physical disc from which you load the software onto your PC. Instead, it has instructions that are supposed to download the software remotely. Though I followed the instructions, the software would not load.

Limited to Windows 11
Not compatible with Windows 10! I used their on line version which was compatible with Windows 10. You can buy the disc version of HR Block and it is compatible with Widows 10 and 11! A little slow in downloading the program but I thought the returns were better laid out.

After using this tax product for years, this year I found I could not get the application to open or work after loading it from the licensed code. Had to seek Tech help at an unreasonable price to even find the .exe file so the app would open. It was buried in a string of no less than 7 location son my c:/ drive.

Unfortunately, TurboTax did not pick up the program we bought from Staples, and I had to pay for Turbo Tax again at the filing of our return. I recommend going right into TurboTax online because they will charge you anyway even if you bought the product elsewhere. They do not refund your money either.

This is one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever encountered. It took 15 hours for many Intuit and other specialists to INSTALL the product and now Turbotax won't let me enter the first asset. The help is non-existent.
