A download item, it was several weeks and several emails until I finally was able to download this instantly accessible item. Nothing wrong with the product, just maybe the wrong place to buy it.

I paid for TurboTax only to learn that it is incomplete and cannot be used until all the so-called updates are available. If a product is not complete than the customer should not be charged until it is complete and usable. There should at least be a prominent sticker notice to customers that they are making a purchase that is not yet usable.

Not complete
This isn't Staples fault but the software is not updated for the new tax laws that were passed in July 2025. I am unable to enter any investment income or IRA withdrawals. I don't know about other items as I am retired. Hopefully it will be updated by the time the IRS can accept tax returns. This is more of a review of Intuit.
