Disappointment
I am frustrated, not with Staples, but with Intuit.
My return is really not complicated, but I feel intuit is not providing options to questions that I cannot answer. I may as well go to a live tax preparer rather than buy software (which I have) and then need to pay extra for the intuit live person. Intuit is not intuitive for me.

Have used this product for 5 years. The first 2 years it was very good, the last 3 years it has been full of errors and bugs. This year within 5 minutes of use I ran into a major software bug for which there is no excuse.
