Ripped off by Intuit

it is good but has kinks
I have used turbo tax for many years. each year it has more kinks and goes up in px 15 to 20 percent i had to reboot a few times it kept freezing

Has become very diffucult to use
Turbo tax used to be easy to use. It is much more difficult. The company request a new pin but then does not accept it. There is no way to contact them unless you are sined in, but it won't accept the new pin you put in.

It took me a while, but with 2 calls to the Intuit Call Center to learn where to place some of my additions and deductions, I was able to complete the federal return. I added the state return also. The program is mostly user-friendly, but unique situations requires help from them.
