Delivered broken
The purchase process was seamless, but the laptop came broken. The touch pad was not working at all. I bought the 'HP 2 days 3 years onsite service' but I had to send it to HP for fixing instead - 2 weeks without a laptop. Would not recommend purchasing the 'extra service' nor HP in future.

Impressed with my HP laptop with 13th gen i7
I already have a HP 2016 15.6" i5 laptop which is good. I am extremely happy with HP laptop 15 i7 I have purchased. It is very fast and loaded all my apps no trouble at all. Obviously, it is running windows 11 which had to be changed over from S mode to allow non MS apps to be loaded.

Keys seem not to be clear after a month of use.
I realized that the keys are either warning or maybe oil from my fingers. I went to the store and they could not happen it all. I have owned many laptops and this has never happened to the keys.
