Joan - spoke very clear and professional. She demonstrated unlimited patience while waiting for me to navigate the T.V’s remote control. DO NOT BUY, only 2 months in, screen goes blank
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would be watching tv and screen would studder then went blank, so have to unplug and wait then power back on, sometimes it just goes blank and reboots and also has given me a just green screen. Contacted TCL and what hoops you have to go through, send video of problem emails after email also 2 to 3 days for response...

Great guyyyyyyy easy to deal with super cool
My tv wasn’t loading the keyboard and Tim was able to figure out a way to factory reset my tv without the keyboard major headache prevent thanks a lot tim!
