Damaged and dented file cabinets
I ordered 2 of these cabinets on-line. Both came dented and damaged. One was dented in by the locking mechanism so couldn't even lock it. I called our local Staples store and was told I would need to bring it back to the store. Returned to store and ended up ordering another cabinet. Customer Service rep gave me discount off the damaged one I kept, as dents weren't a...

Not a pleased a customer
Staples 2-Drawer Legal size Vertical File Cabinet. Two of these cabinets were returned due to damage. The damage apparently was incurred either in manufacturing finishing or in the packing area. There was no visible damage on either of the shipping carton. Damage was not apparent until opened and removed from the box.
