Solid lunchbox

Too difficult to open/close, broke after 1 week
We bought new lunchboxes for our twin first-graders, and they looove how they look. However, opening and closing these boxes is a nightmare. The latches are too tightly attached for their little hands to pull up, and once open, the lid is very difficult to align with the box in order to get it to close correctly. Long lasting!
Has lasted us over a year with daily use. Washes well, doesn’t leak. Wish I could buy another of the bonus silicone containers. Looks as good as new!

Mediocre
I bought this product two years ago and the hinge is now broken. We have lunch boxes from other companies that have lasted twice as long. We love the size and functionality, but quality isn't as great as some other lunchboxes.

Love the stainless steel lunch boxes
We absolutely LOVE the stainless steel lunch boxes. They are divine! They are very spacious. We find that they don’t get moldy after many uses like the Bentgo Fresh, which we don’t use as often now. Very easy to clean and store. It did not fit the smaller lunch boxes though so we had to get the bigger ones from Bentgo.

Top design peeled off after one wash in a dishwash
Overall good product but I washed it ONCE in a dishwasher and the sticker design on top peeled off on the sides. Not sure why it’s advertised as dishwasher safe. Also, they could sell replacement sticker designs for the lid. Looks pretty worn down now, will probably peel the rest of it and have my kid stick something on top to make it look better

Love the quality!
It is easy to use and clean. It is so easy for her to open and close and very light weight. I love the quality, it holds up to all the washing and tossing. Love this box!

Careful Washing w/ Dishwasher
I love this product. The look is amazing; however, be careful washing it while using a dishwasher. My husband accidentally laid it up instead of laying it flat on the top rack of the dishwasher. Now some of the paint/print is chipped on the sides of the container. This was a Christmas gift to our 6 year old daughter. Very Disappointed.

Adorable
This product is great. It deals good so no spills and I love the removable cup inside. My son likes the print on the outside also. We got the sharks! It’s a little on the heavy side but it great quality and will stay hot or cold for hours!

I got this lunchbox because I hate how anything made with silicone tastes like soap after a while. Love the quality and size of compartments (fits a sandwich cut in halves). Only drawback is the weight.

Doesn’t live up to the hype!!
The idea of “stainless steel” is good but the whole design is not! It’s too bulking , too heavy , doesn’t really keep the food a bit warm , too much noise ( rattle ). Definitely not what I expected since it’s a bit costly !

It's used non-stop and we're obsessed!

Overall we like the box but would have loved if they offered the stainless steel version to be the same size as their normal lunch box. Also the design completely came off in the dishwasher.
