Worthwhile Upgrade
I upgraded from the OG Garmin HRM that I’ve had for almost 6 years and there are several features that are vast improvements. Primarily, being able to recharge the device as opposed to changing the battery. The enhanced recording features give me much more data and accurate data to see more specific schematics of my running in which I can improve my skills. The comfort ...

Unable to detach from strap
I returned it the next day. I couldn’t detach it from the strap and that is necessary to recharge. Even my strong husband couldn’t remove it. I was so disappointed.

Accurate aid to heart rate training
I use the HRM 600 for heart rate training and find it more accurate than the Fenix 7S wrist monitor. Nice features include it's rechargeable and has the ability to record heart rate, steps, calories, and intensity minutes without wearing a Garmin watch.

Finally a rechargeable band
If you train most days, the CR2032 (or similar) batteries found in most heart rate bands are probably the bane of your existence. They're pricey, changing them often jeopardizes the weather seal of the unit, and once their level start to fade, they give unreliable readings... without being obvious that the battery is dying. Finally, one that's rechargeable! As far as I ...

Works Great
Connects easily to Peleton Bike. Great that it is rechargeable. Garmin has clearly focused on reliability and am hopeful this becomes true over time as earlier models were problematic

Meh!
Doesn’t always connect with 965.
Will work. Then if you stop for a few minutes, It will disconnect and not start when you continue running. You have press the button on the hem and hope that it reconnects. And older, less expensive, hrm works better.

Full Functional HRM
I have had various HRMs from Garmin and other manufacturers. The 600 has allowed me to track multiple activities and easily synched with my other Garmin products. The rechargeable battery is convenient. The Garmin connect app allowed me to select the activity when tracking a non-cycling sport. I have been using the HRM-600 to track my heart rate while training in marti...

Accurate and relatively comfortable
I got this over a month ago as my fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar was not giving accurate HR stats during activities. I set up the HRM 600 and it has corrected the issue. It works fine, can take off the HR device as it snaps to the belt in order to rinse and wash it off. Note: if you get this you need to make sure for that it is not using this for satellite connectivity for ...

Reliable HRM
The new HRM 600 is a much-improved model over the previous version. It is not as sensitive to position of the strap. Rechargeable battery is a plus, but the main feature is its reliability, and it seems to always connect with a watch. This is particularly important for winter sports where it is not easy to reset it.

So far so good
Bought this to replace a Garmin Pro Plus that fell apart after just over a year of use. Despite religiously washing it once a week, the rubber/plastic contact pad delaminated from the strap. Let’s hope this one holds up better.

Great Battery, and for sauna use
I love the battery life (I use it 4ish times a week) to track my workouts and sauna use. I love the activity tracking so I don't have to carry my phone or watch into the sauna.

Worst tri accessory I ever bought
I had the old Garmins with the battery ( the blue one and the yellow one) and they were wonderful. The hrm600 said it was compatible with Fenix 6s and could be used for swimming. Not. My Fenix6s keeps searching and never finds the HRM after a swim. I ca not see where it is any better than the wrist for running and biking. So I’m returning it. Why did you discontinue the...

Short Battery Life
I've only used this HRM a few times since receiving it as a gift 2 months ago, and find that I get maybe 2-3 hours of use off a full charge, and I've only used it during 30 min strength workouts and a couple 15 min recovery rides. Contacted support about this and am waiting a reply.

Great fit. Great accuracy.
Wore for 16+ hours for an ultramarathon and didn’t bother me at all - like the accuracy and extra running dynamic data.
