Excellent.
This was my wife's Christmas gift. I had it delivered to the store so that I could pick it up without any delivery issues. The laptop works well, it's sturdy, all specs work properly, and wife is happy.

Predatory and Disrespectful
I tried to order this laptop from them. They cancelled my order. Spent over an hour talking to customers reps just to be told the will not tell me why. Not that they didn’t know, but I couldn’t. Disgusting behavior. Then they’ll gaslight you and ask why you’re so upset. They won’t send it to you when it’s on sale. Don’t even bother trying. They will only let you buy it ...

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE DO NOT ORDER
Absolutely terrible customer support from the staples team. Package was marked delivered when no one was home to bring in the package. A $1699.99 was left on the porch and when I came home there was no package. Contact staples so many times to fix this issue yet they hang up the call on me and deny any refund or replacement. Keyboard issue
Had to start the laptop twice to make the keyboard working for the login. Default power setting is not good for gaming laptop.
