Awesome
I used this on my mom's wrist and she loved it. She thinks he broke her wrist when she was young and never got treatment, so she has pain. She loved this tape and never thought to use it.

Not impressed
Maybe I'm missing something but these strips don't seem to do anything but pull on my skin. There doesn't seem to be any support for the underlying muscles at all. The strips are pretty thin and not strong enough to do anything more than pull on the skin. They are nothing more than band-aids without the gauze pads. I tried them out on my knees. Effective
Supported my ankle when I sprained it. Much better than a bandage, because it doesn't cut off your circulation. Super breathable and healed within a week or two!

Great quality tape, amazing for recovery!

Good.
I do like how they are precut to make things easier. They are comfortable to use and the adhesion I would rate a 8/10, sometimes in more curvy areas it’s hard to get it to stick and stay. I do like that it is sturdy and doesn’t flip or move too much.

Pretty good
These are easy to apply and they stay on for a few days. They are very comfortable and I can feel a difference. I don’t think these are as effective as other brands of athletic tape.

Works well and differently a game changer for ache
The Curad Kinesiology Tape worked great. It was easy to stick to the skin and was easy to take off. I used it on my knees to give support when I walked at the amusement park. It helped support them enough so I wasn't in pain later on the evening. It didn't leave a mark and was comfortable throughout most of the day. This product will come in handy in the future as well.

Good for sports
My husband used the Curad kinesiology tape during a baseball game to support his arm, and overall we were pretty happy with it. The tape definitely helped with circulation and blood flow — he noticed less fatigue and some relief from soreness. It was easy to apply and felt comfortable during use.

Durable.
Tape is very comfortable, very durable, stretchy, very easy, and convenient that the strips are pre-cut and ready to go no need for scissors fits.just right, tape is effectively ready for the purpose it's meant to do.

Game Changer 👏🏼
I got these “just in case” and shortly after getting them, I hurt my wrist at a yoga class. This was a savior for my workouts after I hurt my wrist. I recommend this product.

Good & reliable tape!
Overall, this is a pretty good tape. It helped my knee get through flag football games. They’re flexible and easily to manipulate making for easy application. They’re comfortable and did their job. The only thing is I wish they adhered for longer. I don’t know if it’s because it’s been extra hot where I am or what, but I can’t always get them to last for multiple days.

Strong tape and good adhesion
This kinesiology tape is great. It has very good adhesion but leaves no residue. The tape is highly flexible and allows for good breathability. The tape is durable and allows for good amount of motion.

Highly recommended.

Good!
These were nice pre-cut strips. The only problem I have with them is I hardly ever need a strip consistently sized, sometimes it’s smaller or larger than the pre-cut size. These worked well and the adhesion was solid. They’re handy to have around in case you need to care for an injury.

Tension Release
My sister has MS she says its really good It help with the muscles tension through her back, relieving painfor some time. Because it's pre-cut, that really saves time. If you want to cut it still, you can. Had it for a full day and it did not peel off, so pretty durables .
