Blue ink ballpoint pens were sent instead of black ink ordered. Nurses cannot use blue ink to document. Please resend order for x6 dozen black ink.

Quality of pens not the best. Three (3) pen boxes partially open. Multiple pens falling out of box & pens have to be screwed together. One box of 12 actually only had 3 pens in it, and two of those had pieces missing and unable to put screw back together. I'm not sure what happened to the remaining nine pens from that box.

Worked Right Out of the Box
Couldn't believe the reduced price I got these for. Really need the rubber grip area since I'm currently suffering from neuropathy after having chemo therapy. The ink flows smoothly with no need to scratch the pen back and forth on paper.

I like the icebreaker pens
Totally bummed out that I can’t find the STAPLES ICEBREAKER STICK PENS MED POINT BLACK INK…. The app suggested these and I am NOT fan. Hopefully I can find a couple of dozen somewhere
