Decent Quality
I really like seeing the ink level. It is frustrating when trying to write something important to find no ink. These are not high dollar pens but the ink flow is decent. It is not a crisis should you loose one of these pens. The price is very reasonable.

I like the icebreaker pens
Totally bummed out that I can’t find the STAPLES ICEBREAKER STICK PENS MED POINT BLACK INK…. The app suggested these and I am NOT fan. Hopefully I can find a couple of dozen somewhere

Decent Quality

Best Pen Ever!
I have used these pens for ages. I am now retired. I have had the opportunity to own Montblanc pens Cross Parkers and numerous other pens throughout the years. I prefer these. YOUR BLACK BALL POINT PENS ARE AWESOME
I love your black ball point pens by Staples! They glide across the paper and are comfortable to hold in your hand when writing.

Staples red pens
I thought I was ordering Paper Mate red pens on sale but I received Staples brand. The pen writes smoothly but the ink is pink at best and much harder to read than the Paper Mate "real" red ink.

Worked Right Out of the Box
Couldn't believe the reduced price I got these for. Really need the rubber grip area since I'm currently suffering from neuropathy after having chemo therapy. The ink flows smoothly with no need to scratch the pen back and forth on paper.
