Burned out after a year
I definitely won't be buying an AT&T phone again if they burn out within a year of use. The phone won't hold a charge what-so-ever. Make sure you get the warranty if you buy these!

Glad to have my extra handset after a long wait.
Although it was charged, it wasn't working.
A nice young man at Staples clearly explained the final step to get new additional phone to work.
All tech workers tried to assist me and seem very concerned about my issues.

Great as long as it will pair with your base unit
For myself, I got a three handset product, expandable to five handsets. For my mom, I got a two handset product, expandable. The additional accessory handset for the first product would not pair with the base for the second product, and vice versa. The precise exact model pairings that work are clearly marked on the box but I overlooked that. I got an extra handset ...
