Thank you for making it so easy to refill our coffee supplies. You have the varieties we need for our Flavia machine and you provide much better service than Flavia does!

Incorrectly sized or faulty
The box we recieved had two issues with the coffee packets. They are not sized correctly to fit in the Flavia machine and have to be forced in and the machine can only read the package in one certain way. Secondly, the packs are not reinforced well enough or are missing the mess at the bottom so the coffee grounds end up in your cup and all over the counter when you rem...
