Cut to the chase
The first thing that stood out about this product is the vibrant color. Might seem like a simple point but it is easy to locate if you put it down in a messy situation. Very disappointed.
Having to hold the button down to open boxes is ridiculous. I’d rather have one pair of scissors just for that. This is awkward and I am returning. And there are no instructions on the packaging.

Go for stronger
I’m disappointed with this tool. I usually love west cott products, but this one didn’t hit the mark. The knife blade doesn’t stay out when using. You have to hold the button down the whole time. Handle is thin, not my favorite.

I was actually surprised with this because I thought I was getting a regular blade. When I saw that it was ceramic. I didn't know if it would work but it actually works really well. It cuts through tape easily. I get plenty of packages delivered and this has lasted through all the openings. For the price I definitely recommend it.

Opens Packages Like A Breeze.
This has become an essential for opening packages both large and small. The fact that the blade is retracted when stored makes it safe and non-hazardous. Another feature is the ceramic blade which never needs sharpening.

Cuts cleanly and is a breeze to use!
You need one of these everywhere! I love getting packages, but hate having to find something to cut thru the tape and don't even get me started on opening up that hard plastic packaging! Great item
Have been using for a few months and has been great. Doesn’t take up much space. Easy to use. Safe to carry in pockets and not worried about it getting dull. Green color is visible on my desk area.

Great Grip
Nice sharp nice. Pretty basic design but I did like the shape of the casing .It felt nice in my hand because its longer and I felt I was able to have a nice grip on it when I was slicing though some cardboard.

Cut where you want to!
The Westcott Ceramic Safety Knife was easy to use and cut cleanly and smoothly. It felt comfortable in my hand and was easy to control while using so that I could cut exactly where I wanted to. It also was not too heavy.

Good little cutter
Interesting ceramic blade instead of metal. Doesn’t rust. It is sharp and cuts good. Blade is a little small though. Probably best used for small jobs and arts and crafts. Not the best for breaking down a lot of boxes or as a utility knife, due to its design.

Handy box cutter
This was very useful opening packages of new curriculum at my school. It was easy to use and handle while opening the boxes without needing to apply too much pressure and potentially damage the materials inside.

Easy to use
It is really easy to open the safety knife. The grip is also very comfortable to hold and use. It made opening boxes really easy. The color also made it easier to find amongst other gadgets I have since it's lime color.

Super sharp but easy and safe to use!
This cutter is fantastic! It's extremely sharp and yet is easy to use and is safe where it stores the blade inside. It's simple and definitely does the job to cut accurately and cleanly. I definitely think this particular knife is one of the better ones I've tried and have added it to my craft kit.

Safely slice!!
This is a must for households with children or seniors! The blade cleaning slices through tape on packages with ease! It retracts when you aren’t holding the button so no accidental cuts from a locked blade!!!

A good ceramic blade
The Westcott Ceramic Safety Knife works as expected but I wish there was an ability to lock the blade. I have only had the product for a short time, so I can't report on the sharpness of the blade over time. I like that the blade is ceramic and I expect it will stay sharp over time.

Easy to use and reliable!
The Westcott Ceramic Safety knife is easy to handle and was able to help me create bulletin boards with very clean edges. One of the challenges of getting my boards together is having clean edges and this knife was the perfect size for me to take care of this without an issue. I would highly recommend this product!

Good quality product, sturdy made, use on a daily.
I didn’t think I would use this as much as I have. Good quality product and comes in very handy. This isn’t cheap made like the other safety knives that I have purchased in the past. Would highly recommend this product.

Slicing with Ease
Sleek in design, easy to use. I love the color of this product, because it stands out and is easily spotted. I also like the hole at the end of the handle which makes it easy to attach to craft boxes so as not to be lost.

Awesome box cutter
This is the best boxcutter I have ever used. The blade is spring loaded and will retract itself when not in use. This will prevent accidental cuts. Good product o keep in in a house with little children around.

Nice ceramic blade
I was intrigued by this product since the blade is made of ceramic instead of metal. I think it works very well for cutting into packages. I like that you have to hold the button while you are using it- nice safety feature in case you put it down and forget about it. Good Tool
Nice sharp blade, it cuts through cardboard boxes and tape with ease. The safety fixture takes a bit to get used to, but it does take less time to open and close then a standard flat box knife when used to it.

Cutting-edge
The Westcott Ceramic Safety blade makes clean even cuts through paper, card stock, poster board, and cardboard. It is comfortable and lightweight. This plastic grip is betters than traditional blade cutters.
