Highly recommend backpack
Live the dark outside and lighter grey inside color, lots of compartments for organization , outside water bottle pocket, comfortable strap for toting books and supplies.

For years now, my kids have bought these bags and the zippers always get stuck on the cloth flap. You would think Jansport would correct this flaw!!!! It happens all the time that the zipper gets stuck and then rips. Horrible quality!!!!

I've used it for about a year now. So far, so good. One time, I noticed the zippers of this bag's largest cavity slid undone while I had a watermelon in it. Fortunately, nothing spilled out as I walked home with the backpack on my back. If you carry something lob-sided and heavy, you want to make sure those zippers are tied together to close it, so nothing spills.

JanSport Cool Student Backpack
I purchased the backpack and I have never been so happy with my purchase. The backpack feels light and soft on my back. I don't carry much but the little items I do carry is a joy to have it on my back ready for me to use as I need it for work. I work at the office at a warehouse. I am very happy with my purchase.

Functional & Lightweight
Works well for my high schooler, gender neutral and not heavy as many other materials. I like that it's light material, not sure how long it'll last but works well for my purpose. If you are looking for a hard shell material that is hard to rip I suggest buying a different model.

Jansport backpack
There are only a few backpack brands that can withstand kids and teenagers. I don’t have to keep buying backpacks during the year where I get a quality, well made backpack.

Lots of Pockets
This backpack has so many pockets staying organized is a breeze. The down side is the zipper. They get stuck so take your time so you don’t break a zipper.

A lot of pockets, but not too many that he forgets where things are. Laptop pockets is adequate, along with the water bottle sleeve. His selling point were the straps. He found most to be uncomfortable and has been very happy with this bag.
