Wrong item requested
The wrong item was ordered online by a family member. I have been trying to return it, but no one will take it. The local store told me to “throw it in that cart”, after I told them it was a return. Fed-Ex ended up sending it back to me. My local Fed-Ex will either charge me to return it to Staples, or they need a call tag, which I can’t request, as I do not have the or...
