The elastic on outer edge is too tight making the wrap itself loose not fitting snugly on wrist and hand

Not the same brace as in photo!!!
I wanted a soft neoprene brace for light thumb support and thought this one looked like it might be perfect. Unfortunately what I got is NOT what is pictured. Different brand different product. (See pic for what was sent.) The fit was really awkward and uncomfortable. The velco strap was also stiff and scratchy. All in all I was really disappointed in the quality and...
