Twice I ordered 80 lb card stock and TWICE you sent me 100 lb card stock. Your folding machines are unable to handle 100 lb stock.

Wrong sizing
Using it for a booklet. Could not see a sample of the actual colour in the store. Paper (cover stock) took a long time to arrive. Worst of all, it is a few mm smaller than the colour copy paper bought from Staples, so that I will have to trim the edges of the copy paper so it doesn't show when the cover is closed. Not happy with the sizing. Why is it different???
