Purchased 6/18/20 -> empty 8/24/20!!
Purchased this printer in Aug. 2019.
Used color all throughout.
Have gone through 2x magenta compared to yellow and cyan just printing documents for a regular doctor's office.
Magenta cartridge lased only 2 1/2 months.

Fixed My Printing
My old cartridge was dying prematurely and making faded, uneven printouts. The new cartridge was just what I needed and arrived on time. 1 star off for wasteful packing, however. (See photo.)

Arrived Very Quickly
The cartridge arrived very quickly and was easy to install. I have used both Canon and Refilled cartridges and while the refills work correctly at first the quality decreases over time even though the cartridge says it is 60% full.

Quick delivery
This toner cartridge arrived within a few days. Have not needed to replace original black cartridge yet, so cannot comment on ease of installation or quality yet, but anticipate no problems.

Large capacity cartridge
I like this printer, and I got a lot of mileage out of the regular size toner cartridge. I'm looking forward to seeing how long the larger size will last.

Incomplete Page Coverage
The cartridge left a 1/2" on the left side of the page blank. The problem was subtle, but it did cost us a few hundred pages of paper and about four hours of labor until the issue was noticed. After trying all of the Canon troubleshooting guides, the problem remained. Staples replaced the cartridge and the new cartridge worked fine right away.

Good shipping
My online shopping has increased substantially with COVID, this toner arrived in one the best-packed boxes I have received. As far as the toner itself: it works, pictures are not inkjet quality but graphics and text are great for daily use.

Works much, much better than the much cheaper imports.
I think I tried three cheap black cartridges and the results were VERY poor. The very expensive black cartridge is working very well.
