The details are the difference between plain and stunning!
We purchased 2 of these pole-lamps. Gosh they're pretty. Look stunning in our family room too. it's all those details, that make them stand out. So glad we chose LAMPS PLUS, for our purchase!

Incandescent/LED floor lamp
The lamp is pretty well made. The only complaint I would have is that the base is a bit small for this tall of a lamp making it a bit tippy. The description says incandescent BUT you can use LED bulbs in the standard bulb bases. Gives out lots of light with all three lamps lit and the glass shades give it a classy appearance. Definitely worth the price.

OK, but not great
OK, but not the quality I was anticipating, the base of the torchier portion is actually just a piece of plastic.....

GAP
As you can see there is a gap where the two pieces join. I tried everything to fix it but was unable to do so. I did not want to go thru the hassle in returning it.

Looks great! Assembly about 15 minutes. Precaution: Be very careful unpacking from tightly packed box and be gentle when screwing parts together. If you force it the screw threads may be stripped. My only complaint is that a better design would have a separate switch for each of the bulbs rather than only one 4-way switch. Also the switch is near the top-- hard to r...

Elegant but Needs Design Improvement
The lamp is very well made and greatly enhances our room decor. However, there are several changes I would recommend for convenience. First, the rotary switch is much too high.instead of being up by the main globe, it needs to be down by the two side lights so that one can reach it while sitting on the couch. A little unexpected
I did not realize there was a single 4 position switch to control which combination of bulbs come on. Also I was hoping to be able to bend the smaller reading lamps up at the ceiling but the don't appear to bend up that far. Otherwise it's a capable lamp.

I like the lamp Color and scalloping of the 3 shades is lovely. I just wish 2 things:
Wish Top lamp and and 2 small lamps were on separate switches
Wish the arms on the 2 small lamps were more flexible and maneuverable
Nevertheless, I am enjoying it
