Great pillow that can easily change from a neck pillow to a small travel pillow. Brilliant!

Poorly designed
Hard to clip on to backpack; hole in the seam and the stuffing started falling out; Can’t use the clip at all when pillow is in its rectangular shape.

unique packaging
Though product can serve both as a mini pillow and neck pillow, seemed a bit too stiff as a neck pillow and hence not all that comfortable

best pillow I ever bought
Great pillow, especially if you have neck or shoulder problems. Not just for travel! I loved it so much I went back and bought a second pillow .Wish they made a regular bed pillow.Have one on my recliner and sleep with another every night.

Great pillow for planes
This is a terrific idea. It's comfy either way, takes up little space, could have a better connector for purposes of attaching to luggage that's on the outside rather than inside of pillow, but that's minor compared to the comfort.
