Big improvement
I bought the Logitech MK850 to replace the keyboard that came with my new computer purchased a year ago. It was a flat keyboard with flat keys that gave little feel that I needed. Horrible keyboard, mouse is OK.
Be aware - Dell Canada sells FRENCH version. Keyboard layout is highly unusual. And I the tactile response is somewhat sticky - typing experience is slow and awkward. I hoped that keyboard and mouse change their destination in sync, but no, 1-2-3 on the keyboard is separate from 1-2-3 on the mouse. Good mouse, terrible keyboard
I have used many, many keyboards. For some reason, likely the keys being too small, this keyboard is aweful. Finally gave up after a few months and bought the Logitech 860, which is much better

Amazing!
I love the ability to switch between devices without having to remove a USB each time! I also love how I can program the side buttons for different things and can change the scrolling wheel to be faster with a button. This makes my work so much more efficient!

Great keyboard, too big for my tray
The MK850 is a very good keyboard. I installed a pull out tray under my desk and the keyboard is too big for the tray. I didn't have enough room for the mouse. I returned it and got the smaller Logitech MK670. It works fine and fits much better.

Nice keyboard
I am enjoying my new keyboard and mouse. They are comfortable and easy to use. While the keyboard is the old style keys rather than the slimmer, newer models, I find it more accurate and solid. The mouse is ergonomic which is a treat for me.
