Good Printer / Good Price
This is our second unit of this model, the first unit we use heavily at the end of the month for billing and intermittently during the rest of the month. It replaced an older HP unit and has performed well in it's role. The second unit will be used daily with much more frequency, we will see how it holds up.

A couple steps backwards.
I've bought 50+ HP Enterprise Printers and this is the worst one by far. It's made from extremely flimsy plastic. The bypass tray won't stay flat because of how thin it is, along with it won't close unless you push down on a little bracket. The trays have no handles, and again are made from the same thin cheap plastic.
I would highly recommend going back to the 604 mod...

Great Printer
The last one I had for 10+ years and I print about 60,000 pages a year - Its a work horse printer and I love it - I hope this one goes 10 years

Way too complicated, un-necessarily so.
Three smart and competent individuals independently struggled to hook it up. Then it printed. Then it would not print. then it would print, then not. Needs a button "I just want to Print Mode" Another button, for all the bells and whistles. $1,000. I damn near returned it. Sell it only with a warning, an explicit warning.

Better than I expected
The other reviews online are horrible and I was scared to buy this. However, this was in my price point for my small business. This printer is working out well so far. It is a a workhorse and prints fast. Takes a bit longer to starts printing but once it gets going its a speed demon.

Prints upsidedown
Output is 180 degrees from every other HP printer I have had over the last 30 year in business. It prints upside down. Top comes out facing back of printer instead of toward me. Weird.

kind of cheaply made
the plastic parts are fragile. This printer is not as well made as my model 4520 and I seriously doubt it will last half as long.

Nice machine M607n
So far so good. Sets up easy and seems like the LaserJet 4000 series back in the day, a workhorse, so the only thing I have to say is the LCD screen sometimes is a tad confusing.

Unlike my HP 4000 I cannot get the drawer #1 to print automatically. Everything is manual. Can you give some directions how the change this problem?
