Simply the best - Buy HP printers or buy twice!!
Having owned the M603 that has done over 1.6m prints and still going, the M611dn is simply the best. HP are the gold standard in office printers. Having bought a cheaper rival, it failed on opening and we reverted back to old faithful in HP. Cannot beat HP printers and hardware. Buy HP printers or buy twice!!

Stay Away!!
I bought this printer thinking that it would be a workhorse but instead it turned out to be a complete dud! It malfunctioned within a couple of days after I installed it…good luck getting in the phone with someone who can help you. I would find a different model or brand.

Faulty printer
Printer printed 3 pages before malfunctioning. HP sent a tech to fix and he needs other parts to fix. The printer does not work and waiting for a fix from HP. I don't know why they are not replacing the faulty printer!

Way too complicated un-necessarily so.
Three smart and competent individuals independently struggled to hook it up. Then it printed. Then it would not print. then it would print then not. Needs a button "I just want to Print Mode" Another button for all the bells and whistles. $1 000. I damn near returned it. Sell it only with a warning an explicit warning.

Lightning fast, love it.
We run a small print shop with several enterprise level printers, and have been using the old M602s, which we have loved, but they are finally giving up the ghost. We replaced 2 of them with M611s, and could not be more pleased with their performance. SUPER FAST. We've been using them for 2 months now with no complaints. Plan to buy 2 more this summer as funds permit.

Lasted 7 days
Received printer and within a week it was printing super faded jobs. Did 2 hours worth of technical support and had to return it and get a replacement. It's unfortunate, but maybe the new one will be better.

Love the Service and product!
We love this printer for our office of 14 employees. We do about 1000 statements a month as a billing cycle and it handles it well. It is fast. Highly recommend Staples. Better than I expected
The other reviews online are horrible and I was scared to buy this. However this was in my price point for my small business. This printer is working out well so far. It is a a workhorse and prints fast. Takes a bit longer to starts printing but once it gets going its a speed demon.
