Both parties it appear to of attempted to write software to address the issues I’ve encountered but something has prevented them to complete.
If the printer doesn’t work the labels are of no use to me

Love this Black & Red on White Tape
I love the ability to print in 2 colors on my Brother QL-800 Label printer. I am not in love with the Brother Software as it seems hard to Navigate but the Labels look Great.

Recent online purchases with Staples
I don't normally comment but working with Staples both online next day delivery as well as 1 hour store pickup has really helped our business get through a tough time due to an increase in label demands through our warehouse operations. Highly impressed pleasure to work with and even during the Covid 19 crisis the stores have been wonderful.

Brothers DK 2251 labeler
The unit works great. It makes nice looking labels for presentation of my art work in galleries. The setup instructions could have been better.
