Issues with connectivity
I cannot print via AirPrint via my Mac and I also could not set up wireless WiFi either. No drivers on the website either.

First Thoughts
Easy to set up. Interfaced well with devices. WiFi on demand. The one puzzling thing is it pauses after it has printed 8 or 10 pages, then continues, then pauses again and on and on. That reduces the pages per min, but that seems to be the only consequence. Otherwise, well pleased.

Really not what I hoped
Was really excited to get my first brother printer, but it's actually been quite disappointing. The print quality is pretty nice, but the wireless connection is finnicky -- it often drops data when transferring the file to the printer, resulting in very strangely missing data on the print itself. Great except for manual feed
I bought this unit as a replacement for an HL-L8360CDW that I had for 5 years and that performed flawlessly, mostly printing labels for the products we make. This new model does use the same color cartridges and prints very well, I am very pleased with the print quality and page cost. So far excellent
I've had this printer for only a week but it has far exceeded my expectations. It printed a ~400 page document that literally killed my last printer (huge image files) quite quickly and with great image quality. I'm very happy with my purchase. FYI it comes with the first batch of ink (no need to buy extra ink to make it work).

"No Paper"
Every time I try to print something, the printer tells me there is "no paper". I always have paper in this printer. I have to take all the paper out and put it in again multiple times before it will print. What is wrong? It's a BRAND NEW printer.

Terrible Print Speed

Bought this unit and the print quality sucks, the heat rollers continue to tear and destroy anything that is printed with a stripe down the sheet, finding replacement parts is near impossible to even get it fixed. Great printer purchase and delivery
My last color laser by Brother was 17 years old. This new printer is a near duplicate of that small office work horse. I get clean color-correct and timely copies now. Staples did a great job of making my purchase experience as easy as it gets.

I had to replace the workhorse HP printed I had after 8 years and I read reviews for comparison. I ended up buying this one. Unfortunately there is no comparison. Minor Issues
Great machine. Have issues getting devices to print wirelessly tho. Havent yet figured out how to make it print double sided thats not on the short end (despite the setting calling for the long end.)

Ethernet Port Defective
The Ethernet port would not pick up an IPv4 address from my DHCP server and printer self assigned an address in the 169.254 range. I tried a static address and this also failed. We understand your Brother HL-L8260CDW cartridges did not last long. We'd like to help. The stated page yields for genuine Brother cartridges are based on the ISO testing standards. The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more toner and will shorten the life of the toner cartridge. Nice, affordable color laserjet printer.
Very dependable. Wi-Fi is a little complicated. My only complaint is feeding envelopes into the front tray, and during the process of being pulled into the printer and somewhere along the way, the envelope has gets wrinkled along the bottom, probably between rollers.
