Works decently well, but the sound quality is not the best for customers (more static-sounds). One phone started to lose its power (not charging on base), switched the battery, it is now on but not charging on either base, so down to one phone essentially. Love this phone!
We received the phone a few days ago. It was very easy to set up and meets our needs perfectly. We like that it came with two handsets. You can also use the base to call from as well. We are very happy with this phone!

Cannot set lock to time zone
Cannot set clock to correct time zone, plus the phone would reset time to one hour ahead, after we already adjusted fir daylight savings time. It doesn’t have a lot of options to customize features. Quill was kind to allow us to return the product and refund our money though.

Does all I need it to do. Hand sets are small so I use speaker phone to avoid having to listen while holding a too small phone in my large hand.
