The coffee does not brew properly, unable to brew
Kuerig does not care to take care of their customers, been customer sonce 2011, only dissatisfied just recently when pods did not brew properly

Excellent Coffee - great price
Eight O'Clock coffee has always been a favorite of mine. I can remember my parents grinding the coffee beans at the grocery store; and then doing so myself. Now with the single cup brewers, it's great to be able to enjoy Eight O'Clock in the k-cup form too.
