EXPIRES IN 8 MONTHS
I purchased a box of -96 CAFE ESCAPES CAFE MOCHA-k-cup pods. I GOT THE BOX ON 11-11-25 AND EXPIRES 7-25-26. Its only 8 months, Not realizing that will expires sooo soon,
I only drink this twice per week, per my calculations I will end up using only half before it expires and the rest will go to the garbage bin.

EXPIRES IN 8 MONTHS

Order cancellation
I placed an online order for less than $35 and later realized I was charged for shipping. I called immediately to cancel the order but the item had already been shipped. The rep advised she would credit me for the shipping if I chose to keep the item which I very much appreciated. Thank you Staples for your flexibility.

Poor delivery experience
I love the Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha but the delivery experience was horrible. The "Courier" service driver had to make 3 or 4 attempts to deliver my order apparently they can't understand how to read a GPS for locations they claimed the address was an issue but it was correct.

Not coffee
It was awful. Tasted like hot chocolate not coffee. The list of ingredients showed cocoa first than coffee. Additionally it's 60 calories for 1 cup. I'm returning the unopened boxes. I would not recommend this.

Cafe Express Mocha is yummy
I don’t get much of a coffee flavor so I usually add a little instant coffee in it. I have tried other brands and the flavor of this one is so much yummier.

I enjoy having a cup everyday. I cannot drink regular coffee without it making me sick but this doesn’t bother me. I recommend this to those that want a hot drink in the morning.

Constant price increase on these pods
Can’t believe how the price of these pods have increases over the last year. Much higher than what the recorded inflation rate in general. Excellent product but too pricy!
