horrible
This is a horrible stapler. It jams every other time I try to use it. I thought because it was a Bostitch brand that it would be good.

will only staple 5 times
When you staple 5-6 times in a row it stops working. have to open the tray and push back in and it works 5 times and again open the tray. that is to much work. I do not recommend.

Doesn't work well
Can't handle many pages. Sometimes works ok has a delay. Other times no staple comes out. Have to open it move the staples and try again. Sometimes the delay you end up sittting there waiting for it to lift back up can take seconds.

DO NOT BUY
THIS STAPLER JAMS WITH EVEN 2 SHEETS OF PAPER. SO AFTER 2 WEEKS OF HAVING TO FIX JAMS ON A NEW STAPLER I HAVE ORDER A DIFFERENT ONE HOPEFULLY THE NEW ONE WILL WORK WITHOUT IN PROBLEMS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Bostitch Electric Stapler 20 sheet is a very good stapler. I would like for it to be a little bit more quite. It is not as loud as 50 sheet stapler tho.
