Good Water Dispenser (only lasted 2-years)
Overall, this is a good water dispenser, however, this is the 2nd Avalon water cooler that I've purchased since 2023. My first unit stopped working last week and basically the water inside the tank froze into a solid block of ice. The manufacturer (Avalon) told me that it was because of a bad thermostat. Nice, sleek design
Good purchase so far, came with a dent in the door, but oh well. Nice that I don't have to lift a 5 gallon bottle anymore!

Makes 5 GAL. Bottle Changes Simple and Strain-Free
My rating is based on my mom’s unit, which is the same model as this one. I use 5-gallon water bottles, and it had become too difficult to lift and mount them on my old dispenser. After trying my mom’s and seeing how easy it is to load the bottles, I decided to get one for myself.

Great Features
We just installed it yesterday and so far we are happy with it and all it's features. (Night Light, 3 different temperatures, and the hot button lock). And how light it is in case we need to move it.
