Problems in first month of use.
Only had this a month and it started having issues. Hot water tap quit working. Motor won't quit running when bottle is out to put the light on, it keeps running until the door is opened. Had one of these for 5 years before this with no issues. This one has been nothing but problems.

Great water dispenser for 4- AND 5-gallon bottles
I was looking for a water cooler that could accommodate 4- AND 5-gallon bottles, had a black exterior and was bottom-loading, and this one fit the bill. Attractive With Useful Features
Avalon treated me very well when I needed support. The dispenser is attractive with useful features. I only wish the base for this unit was included, but since it's not and the price seems very high for the simple plastic shell that it is.

Je viens de recevoir mon refroidisseur d'eau, je peux pas encore lui donner une note . Je devais faire l'enregistrement avec 30 jours pour la garantie et aujourd'hui ça fait 31 jours . Livraison longue . J'espère avoir la garantie quand même .

Easy on the back
I have only owned this for a month so cannot discuss long term reliability but I love this machine. It is so easy compared to my old machine that required us to hoist a 5 gallon bottle of water in the air and center it on the unit.

Surprised by Avalon's product support
I bought this product understanding that it was used but when it was delivered the cabinet door was broken/damaged. I asked Avalon for a replacement door, and they declined saying that it was a used product. I didn't realize that used meant broken? I guess I was expecting to receive a cooler that had been used but wasn't damaged.
