Ease of bottom loading 5 gal bottles was very critical for me since can no longer lift to a top loader.

Like everything else that has to do with water, this thing has 20 places it can leak from, and eventually will leaving gallons of water all over your custom floor in your 10 million dollar home. Man has yet to design anything that can prevent water from finding a way to leak, and this is one more hazard waiting to happen as it did with me. It's never IF. It's WHEN. ...

Product registration is requiring that I give a rating in order to register the product. I haven't used it yet and this is terrible marketing.

Long lasting!
We have had this dispenser for 4 years. It's only now having problems. We just ordered another one because we like it so much.

This replaces our previous Avalon water cooler which failed due to a Hot Water Leak. We liked the unit. This one does not work as smoothly however. The hope is that the despensing valvs will 'loosen-up' just a bit with use.
